Nina’s Haven is a structured independent living program that provides shared housing for adults working toward stability and independence.

 

Is this emergency housing or a shelter?

No. Nina’s Haven is not emergency housing, shelter-based housing, or crisis placement.

 

Who can apply?

Adults who are able to live independently, manage daily responsibilities, and follow house rules.

 

Do you accept women and men?

Yes, adult women and men may apply based on availability.

 

Is food included?

No. Individuals provide their own food.

 

Can I receive mail at the house?

No. Mail and packages may not be delivered to the house. All mail must be sent to a P.O. Box or alternate address.

 

Are visitors allowed?

No. Visitors and guests are not permitted inside the home.

 

Are drugs or alcohol allowed?

No. Nina’s Haven has a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, or paraphernalia.

 

Are there security cameras?

Yes. Cameras are installed in common areas for safety. Tampering with cameras is prohibited.

 

Are meetings required?

Yes. Monthly house meetings are required. Additional pop-up meetings may be scheduled if needed.

 

What are the cleanliness expectations?

Individuals are expected to clean up after themselves and complete assigned chores.

 

Do you conduct room inspections?

Yes. Room inspections may be scheduled or conducted as pop-up checks.

 

How do I apply?

Fill out the intake form. After submitting the form, you will be contacted or asked to schedule an intake phone call.
